- Dog waste stations on the 19th Street median;
- Bags for the dog waste stations on the 19th Street median;
- Landscaping along the 19th Street median;
- Water for the landscaping along the 19th Street median;
- Electricity for the street lamps along the 19th Street median;
- Annual clean-up;
- Annual neighborhood events; and
- More.
